“The Rebel Within is just killer. It’s Boccalone breakfast sausage baked into a big muffin and when you cut it in half, there’s an egg in the middle that has a runny yolk. It’s stunning, absolutely impeccably made, and so technically-driven! There’s nothing better than a runny yolk and this is packaged into one, walkaway item, that you can take with you. The chef, William Warner, is a very talented pastry chef. He sells it at the Ferry Plaza farmer’s market on Tuesdays and Saturdays.”
